Perfect location right in heart of city! Staff were amazing so friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect! From the owner of the hotel to the lovely lady cleaning our room were absolutely wonderful ! The food was amazing and can honestly say it is the best restaurant in Bitola! Every request was handled with absolute professionalism! Perfect stay we even changed our travel plans to stay there again on our way home back to Australia! Thank you so much everyone!

Problem with bugs, very noisy area not possible to open the windows and high moisture feel in the room with the smell of old furniture.
