The property was situated in the village which was a huge bonus as the surrounding area was fairly remote we were travelling to a wedding in a nearby chateau so we needed access to food and transport as we didn’t have a car

Very spacious with a well provisioned kitchen with pretty much all you would need to entertain with an excellent array of storage containers for keeping stuff fresh and for picnics. Good fridge, chest freezer and washing machines made it a very liveable place. Located directly on the village square was perfect for visiting and attending the frequent day and night markets along with the café bars and bakeries close by. Parking never an issue other than market days.

Hosts were really kind and accommodating when our flight ws delayed and we could only check in very late. They also gave us a great tip to go wine tasting at their vineyard nearby - very fun. The property itself is quirky in design but there is loads of space and it has two big bedrooms (and a couple of smaller ones as well) with lots of light and large balcony looking onto the square. Great value too!
The host charges extra for linen and towels, which is stated on the advert, so this is not an issue in itself BUT for the price charged I would have liked the linen and towels to be higher quality (or just included and up the price of the house).
