The place was amazing as we were able to take the children out, as there is a yard. What I also liked is the fact that they had a kitchen with everything necessary for cooking (cooker, sink, plates, cutlery, s.o). The place is amazing for families. The staff was amazing. When we told the lady we need extra rooms for some family members, she was so quick with organising everything and accommodated them! A big thank you ! ☺️ Highly recommend it and we plan to go there again!

Location surroundings are sensational! Nice view, fresh air, close to Durau (3 km). Also, house is on a parallel street with the main road, which is barely circulated, so it is very quiet. Clean property, clean bed sheets and towels, decent beds.

Space is at minimum. Kid slept basically in the `kitchen`, which is very small and things were complicated by the refrigerator which is making a rather disturbing noise (especially during nighttime). For us, the main problem was that there are is no air conditioning and also no insects prevention at all. During a red code warning for high temperatures and with the naturally present insects (flies, mosquitos and so on) you have absolutely no way to catch some fresh and cool air. After sunset, windows and door have to be closed, otherwise bye bye sleep, you get invaded by literally dozens of insects. We had an electric mosquitos repellent appliance with us, but the flies and other insects are immune to it so we had to wake up in the middle of the night, all the lights off and open windows and doors... The saddest part is that the investment needed to spot up the property are very cheap, basically with 1-2 nights price you would offer much better conditions. Also the `kitchen` was a table in one of the rooms, with some salt, pepper, and tableware for 3 plus a hot water machine. There are multiple other options, in the vicinity or in the Durau area with the same prices or just a bit more. Also in the description it is not clearly marked WHAT room you get - there are some other rooms available at the property that were clearly superior, with the same price listed. Also the price paid was around 15% more expensive that the one that is was listed on Booking on the day of arrival.
