Newly remodeled two story cottage with open kitchen and living areas. Front porch and east facing windows have a beautiful view of Irondequoit Bay. Across the street there is a 30 ft dock for your use. Master Bedroom with adjoining full bath.
Two pull out queen sofa beds. Bring your paddleboards, kayaks and fishing poles. Cottage has WIFI and smart TV's, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and we are located within walking distance to Seabreeze, Durand Park and Irondequoit bay Marine boat launch.

This home was wonderful and perfectly located! It was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — we especially appreciated the variety of pillows. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, even with the bedroom window open. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to the Rochester area. The doughnuts were such a thoughtful and delicious surprise — thank you!

The Cottage was everything described, beautiful view of Irondequoit Bay and very peaceful setting. The Cottage was well equipped and very clean. I look forward to many more stays at this Cottage.

We loved our stay. The house was amazing, cleanly, updated and provided everything we needed to cook. We rented a pontoon boat and our daughter and dogs loved climbing the sand cliffs and playing in the shallow water. We spent time at the park nearby as well which was beautiful and great for taking day hikes. I highly recommend this air bnb and plan to book next year
