Twin Tallows - secluded couples retreat

The property is secluded, private and very well equipped. We had everything we needed and more.

Arriving when it was dark, the property would benefit from a little extra lighting and perhaps a sign on the entrance, we were actually unsure if we were entering the correct property until we located the key box.

The location of the property is beautiful, so quiet and peaceful, it makes you feel like you haven’t a worry in the world.

It could use a deep clean, the blinds and outdoor furniture were a bit mouldy. Also, the TV remote battery appeared to be corroded and so wouldn’t work. The wifi didn’t have internet connection.

Nice country view and comfortable cottage 🤗

There was an odour in the bathroom/ clothes hanging area.

For a start I wasn’t that happy that I had to send a face picture including my Credit card and Driver’s license. Secondly there was no house number displayed outside the property so I had to assume and try the keys which made me feel like a burglar. Worst part I have not been told that there is no reception neither Internet wasn’t working where I needed to get work done on my laptop. I think it is misleading advertising wifi when there is none.Apparently because of a restore of a Telstra tower which isn’t on full capacity. I should have been made aware. Also the fridge is running to loud so I had to turn it off over night. I also didn’t feel to safe overnight because of the issue if something happened I could not reach out. Last thing I could not return for one Hour on Saturday evening at 7.30 pm because the creek was flooded so I had to turn around and wait for one Hour until it was safe to pass the bridge to the house…
