About this house rental
I’m offering my home for rent. Upstairs, it features a bedroom with a 160-size bed and a memory foam mattress, another room equipped with a 140-size sofa bed, and a bathroom with a separate toilet.
On the first floor, you’ll find a kitchen adjoining a large 37-square-meter room with a sitting area and a large dining table. Amenities: large garden, 2 terraces.
Outside, a plancha grill is at your disposal.
The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning (see terms) and a wood-burning stove.
TV, music, Wi-Fi.
Guests are responsible for cleaning at the end of their stay. If you choose not to clean, a flat fee of 60 euros will be charged.
Located at an elevation of 700 meters, between the Gard and Hérault departments in southern France, the hamlet of Cézas faces south, nestled in the foothills of the Cévennes on the slope of La FAGE Mountain. The cottage thus enjoys optimal sunshine and an exceptional panoramic view of the Nîmes plain, Mont Ventoux, the Alpilles, and even a glimpse of the Mediterranean on clear days. You’ll be less than an hour from the sea, Montpellier, Nîmes, the Pont du Gard, and Mont Aigoual.

The house is really great in all things. A bit off from the rest of the world, good place to take a time out.
Perfect view, when the weather is good.
Nice interior, very comfy and cosy, great for a small family. Wooden stove, so of you need the heating you have to make some wood, which was perfect for us.
Nice huge garden.
You can go directly for a small hike in the area.
The owner and the neigbours are really nice.
A few km to the next supermarche or boulangerie.

Wunderschöne Gegend für Menschen die Ruhe suchen.
Sehr schönes großzügiges Haus. Gut ausgestattete Küche.
Handbrause der Dusche etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Sonnenschirm wäre gut, da es im Hochsommer morgens keinen Schatten gibt. Einkaufen muss man vorausschauend, da der Weg zum nächsten Bäcker u.s.w etwas entfernt ist.
Hilfsbereite Eltern des Vermieters im Nachbarhaus.
