Kaikki toimi sovitusti ja kuvat vastasi todellisuutta. Siisti ja hyvin varusteltu huoneisto.
Huoneisto oli oikein viihtyisä, mutta vaikkei pihalla ollut kuin 17 c auringonpaisteessa, niin huoneistossa oli sisällä heti melko lämmin. Korkeammalla ulkolämpötilalla todennäköisesti sisällä olisi jo kuuma. Ilmalämpöpumppu voisi olla hyvä sijoitus.
