About this apartment rental
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 2500 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, is right on the beach and is a few minutes drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)

- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only).
Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.
Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings (if you find a lower price, we will match it)! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.

Fabio was absolutely amazing in accommodating our family. I spoke to him several times over a few months. It took me a long time to get my resources together, I asked a lot of questions, Fabio answered me every single time. Always informative and professional. We love the unit we had, the views are breathtaking every day. We would stay again for sure. Most important I won’t use anyone but Fabio going forward. He has my exclusive trust after such a great experience. He made this so much better than we could have imagined. Thanks again to Fabio, the owners and everyone on site
