Amazing, very relaxing with a fantastic vista!

We loved every thing about the property, however, a microwave oven and book with some tourist information would’ve been handy.

Great apartment and the building as well. The pool is a nice alternative to the pristine beaches some hundred meters away. The apartment was big enough to accommodate our whole family. It’s clean, nicely furnished has all that you might need. We will definitely come back again

Spacious apartment with all appliances. Neat and clean. The concierge was more than friendly and professional, available 24/7. They prepared a crib and a high chair for our baby. Really amazing service.

Rabac is beautiful place and we have had wonderful vacation thanks to Park hill residence and friendly accommodating receptionist Adisa. Rest by pool with beautiful view during hot noons, afternoon dinners on balcony and very comfy bed in stylish apartment is something we will surely remember.

Bizarre giant glass windows between bedrooms and bathrooms meant giving little privacy and lighting up the bedroom at night when bathrooms used!

Just great!

We've got an upgrade and had a 2 bedroom apartment with a fabulous sea-view and a large balcony. The receptionist, Adisa, was very friendly and welcoming. She recommended a fantastic seafood restaurant where we enjoyed fresh fish, nice wine with good service. The accommodation is close to the promenade (5-7 minutes walk) where you can find plenty of restaurants if you don't want to cook by yourself. Same walking distance to the beach (stone and pebble) if you don't want to use the infinty pool with a great view. Hiking trails are just around the corner. All in all, highly recommended to stay here for your vacation in Rabac.

Perfect location: quiet place within walking distance to the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. The view and the pool is great. The apartman is clean, spacious and well equipped. Wifi works well. The staff is helpful.

We had an exceptional holiday 👍👍. Apartment was big, clean and well equipped with big terrace. The view from apartment was breathtaking ! The ladies (Sonja&Adisa) on reception did more I expected, they were very friendly helpful and nice. We can accommodate at the morning what was added value especially when you travel with children. Nice pool, we appreciated also garage. You can reach everything in Rabac by foot. We had only positive experiences with this accommodation.

We have stayed at Park Hill Residences for one night to relax. Event though the property didn´t have any reviews on booking.com, we still booked it and gave it a chance to surprise us. We are amazed by the cleanliness of the apartment we have booked, spaciousness and comfort we have found in one place. Monika at the Concierge gave us amazing support for our dinner place not far away and provided information for many activities. In the evening we enjoyed a glass of wine at the pool overlooking the bay. It was a great stay!

Just top, and Corona safe

We would highly recommend Park Hill Residences apartments as the property is amazing. Location is perfect as you can reach the beach and all main points in Rabac by foot and as well you have private garage parking here. Staff is very proffesional and helpful and apartment was exceptional. Very clean and spatious accommodation with wonderful terrace overlooking Rabac bay. We will for sure come again!

Really nothing to complain given the fact that you can find everything in Croatia. We have stayed also before there in this residence and now it has really improved (former Istra fortuna - 9.5 on booking). Keep it up Park Hill residences!

Tolles Apartment mit super Aussicht! Super Pool!

Der Ausblick auf die Bucht von Rabac war sensationell! Das Parken in der Tiefgarage war super! Das Apartment war toll! Alles was man braucht ist da! Im Schlafzimmer sogar ein zweiter Fernseher. Alles sauber!

Durch die Lage auf dem Hügel muss man natürlich vom Strand aus hochlaufen. Straße oder Treppen… ca 10min.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Alles war einfach perfekt! Das Zimmer sehr sauber und neu. Die Lage mit dem Blick auf die Bucht von Rabac. Und dazu die überaus freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter - vom Hausmeister über das Reinigungspersonal bis hin zur Hotelmanagerin. Fußgängerzone mit Hafen und kleineren Badebuchten ist ca. 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Der Hauptstrand ca. 15 Minuten (zu Fuß).

Dazu fällt mir nichts ein...

Es ist eine sehr gute Lage: 5-7 min. zu Fuß zum Strand und zur Promenade. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine ruhige Klimaanlage. Nach der Hitze draußen ist es nur der Himmel. Es war sehr ruhig zu schlafen - man kann keine Nachbarn oder Lärm von der Straße hören. Sehr nettes Personal und Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist groß genug und hell. Diese Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir kommen wieder hierher und empfehlen es Ihnen!
