Through the help of accomplished interior designer, Christina Atkinson, your host has transformed this property into a modern yet cozy retreat for couples and families looking for rest, comfort and fun together. The interior is exquisite, the pool refreshing.

Freshly renovated this summer, this house is a modern and cozy oasis. The sleek and comfortable interior removes the “noise” of the complicated world outside and lets you enjoy the simple things—the things that matter most. You and your tribe can gather around the large dining table to share meals, stories and laughter. Ample windows throughout the house let the sunlight pour in. Materials, plants and art set the global tone.
Your host has thoughtfully placed technology to be there if you desire it; there are TVs placed in the living spaces and bedrooms. All the music of the world is available to fit your mood.
As you move outside, the pool and outdoor patio will draw you to its cool waters and fresh breeze. It has the sophistication of a boutique hotel but the privacy of your own house surrounded by a wall of lush landscaping and fencing.
We are just a text or call away and ready to answer any questions and make your stay wonderful.
This neighborhood is ideal for those seeking convenience and privacy. We’re at the end of a dead end street so traffic is almost non-existent. Like all the old streets in town, ours is wide and lined with mature pecan trees; it’s one of the things that makes Fredericksburg so special.
We’re uniquely situated in a part of Fredericksburg that is only four blocks from Main Street yet right on the edge of town. This makes it both convenient and quiet. You could easily walk to the Nimitz Museum or Otto’s and then on to Main Street. Evening walks along the nearby streets are a favorite of both locals and visitors.

****Pool can be heated up to 90 degrees for additional $185/day.

Perfect stay for a girls weekend. Close to downtown but we Uber’d everywhere anyway (super cheap rides) too hot in Texas to walk! Pool was amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed. Enough parking for three cars but more could definitely fit. Would definitely recommend!

Upstairs AC unit was not working upon arrival. Property manager was quick to respond to our text saying someone would be sent to check it out, but the issue was never resolved and the unit had to remain off throughout the duration of our stay.
We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and the proximity to walkable Main Street. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for New Years Eve and had a wonderful time. The house was very well layed out and comfortable with everything we needed. It was even decorated for Christmas!The hosts communication was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool as well as the short 8 minute walk to the Main Street. We would definitely stay here again in a heart beat.
