Perfect for up to 4 adults, this cozy one-bedroom apartment is upstairs in a classic duplex, offering vintage charm with modern comforts. Enjoy the tranquility of Old Town while being a short walk from downtown attractions. Friendly pets are welcome with an additional cleaning charge. Relax in the large shared backyard. Just minutes from the vibrant downtown area, Eagle's Nest provides easy access to local attractions, including the scenic boardwalk, sandy beaches, and historic lighthouses. With charming shops, eateries, and entertainment options nearby, you'll have everything you need for a quiet getaway.
Accommodation:
Featuring one bedroom and one small bathroom, our cozy retreat is perfect for a couple, and can accommodate up to four adults. Despite its older charm, the interior is lovingly maintained and offers cozy amenities for a comfortable stay. Please note there is a significant stairway leading upstairs. Also, as others have mentioned, the doorway to the bedroom is quite short compared to today's standards. Watch your head!

The Eagles Nest was a great base for our 5 days in West Michigan. It's walkable to Downtown Grand Haven and a short drive to Muskegon, Grand Rapids, Saguatuck, South Haven and Holland.

Watch out for the Bedroom Door -5'4". Steep Stairs. Refrigerator is very tiny and out of reach. We also got "Doubled Booked". People were checking in "our occupied" unit at 11:30 PM The front lawn could be kept in belter condition. LEVEL the floors - too many different steps/levels through out the apartment.
