Mentioned for the first time in 1635, the house on the vineyard was used for many years as a school and guest house for the Duke of Leuchtenberg's family.
Today it houses 2 stylish and cozy holiday apartments on the ground floor and first floor, which offer every comfort.
The house is slightly elevated on a traffic-calmed residential street and faces south.
Thanks to the fantastic location with a panoramic view of the lake and the Seeon Abbey, a holiday mood is guaranteed from the first moment.
The apartment on the ground floor has a floor area of around 85 m2 and is furnished in a rural style.
It consists of a living-dining room, open kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 small bedrooms with bunk beds and 1 bathroom
In addition to underfloor heating, in winter you have the option of heating a stove with a bench in the living-dining room.
The apartment also has a patio with a grill with a wonderful view of the landscape.
Cable TV and WiFi is available.

Angenehm ruhige, gut gelegene Ferienwohnung. Glücklicherweise gab es Mückengitter an manchen Fenstern. Ausstattung war gut, Matratzen allerdings ein bisschen durchgelegen.

Eine sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit toll ausgestatteter Küche. Man ist mitten in der Natur und hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den See und das Kloster Seeon. Man kann hier toll wandern und spazieren und auch die Gasthöfe (sehr lecker!) und der gut ausgestatte Edeka im Ort sind fußläufig in 20 min. bequem zu erreichen (oder in 3 min. mit dem Auto). Es gab nur 4 statt 5 Sterne, weil die Schlafzimmer etwas klein und dunkel waren und das Doppelbett etwas durchgelegen. Aber das lässt sich ja ändern. Ansonsten toll, wir haben uns gut erholt. Vielen Dank, auch für die Osterüberraschung und die Flasche Wein und das Obst zur Begrüßung!

Wir hatten eine grosse, sehr schöne Wohnung an einem wunderschönen Ort. Leider konnten wir den Freisitz nicht nutzen.
