Sijainti oli oiva, lyhyen kävelyn päässä ydinkeskustasta.
Sisustus oli vanhahtava ja kylppärissä oli vaarallisen näköinen jatkojohtoviritelmä.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, ruhig und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen.
Das Gebäude an sich ist in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter, insbesondere die Ledersofas im Wohnzimmer sind sehr durchgesessen, man hat Schwierigkeiten aus ihnen hochzukommen.
