About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located on the first floor of a vacation property with a total of 4 apartments on the outskirts of the village of Nossentin. The vacation rental, with its large, bright rooms, features a kitchen-diner with a dining table, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a guest restroom, a living room, and a 30-square-meter terrace with a garden. From the large windows in the kitchen and living room, you’ll enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed view of fields and woods. Here you can watch countless wild birds, and with a little luck, you’ll see white-tailed eagles circling over the bay at Fleesensee from the terrace. From here, you can see Lake Fleesensee, which is about 250 meters away. The garden, with its large lawn, is perfect for a game of badminton with the kids.
Vacation Rental:
The vacation rental, which has its own parking space, is located on a separate section of the property and has a private entrance.
From the spacious entryway, complete with a coat rack and mirror, you can access every room.
In the kitchen-living room, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, you’ll find everything you need for a carefree vacation. There’s also a dining table that seats 6 people.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm). It also features a wardrobe, 2 nightstands, and a dresser.
In the second bedroom, you’ll find a bunk bed for 3 people with a lower sleeping surface measuring 140x200 cm and an upper one measuring 90x200 cm. Another wardrobe and a small TV are also provided.
The large bathroom features a bathtub, a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
The separate guest bathroom has a toilet and a sink.
A cozy sofa area with a table and TV is the centerpiece of the modern living room.
A small desk stands next to the patio door, through which you can step directly onto the 30 m² south-facing terrace with an adjoining garden.
The terrace is equipped with a parasol, a lounge chair, a grill, and a garden table for 6 people. From here, you can see Lake Fleesen, approximately 250 meters away,
