Beautiful cottage, great location with everything you need for a short break or a longer stay.

Fabulous gen in Mundesley

The location was perfect for exploring Notfolk, and it was a 2 mixture walk into the village centre, which has a great bus route.

Really lovely and comfortable cottage in a nice location. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The owners clearly want their guests to have the best experience. We would definitely book again.

Lovely spacious pretty property. All the facilities we needed. Traditional cottage for the area. Lots of character. In a central location. Close to the beach, shops and places to eat. Lots of extras like a welcome pack and milk in the fridge when we arrived.

Wonderful cottage in an amazing and quiet, untouched village in Norfolk.

The cottage, facilities and location could not be better. Mundesley is a wonderful little village that never seems to be too busy, yet never overly quiet. The cottage is in the perfect location to appreciate the village. Short walk away from the pub and chippy! The decor and layout of the cottage is amazing. Three good sized bedrooms and three bathrooms. If you have a large family or are three couples, you couldn't ask for more. The kitchen is well equipped, clean and well laid out.

Parking. There is no parking at the cottage and you have to use a side road or the car park. However the car park states that you can only use it for 1 hour and then you'll be clamped. We parked on a side road and very quickly had a local lady approach us to tell us we had parked in a residents only area for her street. Luckily she was really nice about it and informed us that the car park was owned by a guy that likes to buy up properties and land in the area and cause a nuisance. She informed me that no one had ever been clamped and the car park was safe to use. We couldn't see any reason for her to lie and moved the car to the car park where it stayed, untouched and unclamped, for four days. Safe to say, the car park is safe. Maybe we were lucky, so this is for information only.

House was clean, and just perfect. My grandchildren enjoyed showering in all the bathrooms.

My family and I had a lovely time in Brook Cottage. This the first time we have holidayed together.

I liked the garden wth table and chairs. Thought the planting was very good. It was good having more than one toilet and bath. A lovely cottage for a family. Plenty of storage in the kitchen.

The parking took a little while to get used to. However we did manage it.

The cottage was clean and spacious. It was useful having a bathroom for each bedroom.

The cottage was not on the beach as described originally. Welcome pack of milk and bread would be helpful. The surrounding businesses were unhelpful and rude

Loved our Norfolk stay, would recommend Brook Cottage highly.

Good location. Arrived to spotlessly clean & fresh smelling cottage. Fabulous garden with table & chairs a bonus.

Full compliment of glasses for six people would be better. Hanging facility for clothes is severely limited. Cupboard drawers stick. A welcome pack of the basics would have been a nice touch such as bread, milk & eggs, rather than the odd bits we were given.
