Bakery, cafe bars and bus stop for Old town are less than 100 meters away.Apartment accommodates 5 guests in total - one bedroom has two twin beds bed, and another one along the double bed has a convertible sofa bed for one guest.Fully equipped kitchen, one private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, cable TV, Wi-Fi and a balcony are all included.Guests also can use barbecue and relax in the garden.The apartment has free parking available. on site.
These apartment is located a quiet residential neighbourhood a few minutes away (walking distance) from Uvala Lapad, which is a walkway that connects the beach with the main traffic roads filled with cafes, restaurants (great for date night) and playgrounds (perfect for families with children). There are multiple beaches less than 20 minutes away (walking distance).Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay (from the accommodation, a super market 100 meters away and a bus stop 150 meters away for a bus that goes directly to the Old City center.)
