Great, brand new studio apartment, 15 min by foot to Old city, close to Rixos Libertas hotel and Bellevue beach

Studio has kitchenette equipped with fridge, stovetop, kettle, coffe maker, kitchen utensils.Bathroom comes with shower and washing machine.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Place was amazing. everything besides the kitchen was as expected.
the place was pretty close to everything you need. Stores, beach, Old Town, was within walking distance.
The only thing stopping me from giving it a 5* is that cooking food in the kitchen was very hard as it would take up to 1 hr to make a pasta dish.

My stay was so peaceful waking up to sunrise over the old city and a beauty sea view. The location was walkable to both the old city and Lapad with nearby bus connections as well.

My friend and I stayed here for three nights in late March. It was great! Beautiful view and good location!! Had everything we needed for a short stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The accommodation has an amazing sea view and a lovely little balcony with a table and chairs - perfect for morning coffee/breakfast or evening sunsets. It’s in a great, quiet location, less than a 10 minute walk to the bus stop and around a 5-10 minute bus ride to the Old Town. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need (WiFi, kitchenette, bathroom, iron, etc.).
Martina was a wonderful host - very friendly and quick to respond and we were even able to check-in earlier than planned. The only small thing to note is that the stove is electric rather than gas, so cooking might take a bit longer. Overall, a comfortable, convenient stay with stunning views. I’d happily stay here again!
