Good location, quiet surroundings, walking distance to the restaurants and a supermarket, kind and helpful staff. Elevator.
Poor soundproofing of rooms (could hear noises from the bathroom next door).

The structure's socio-economic purpose is to support the local sports teams and it's managed by local staff that can provide all the support for vacation permanence and other problems that can happen during a trip. The accommodation facility is classified as a hostel but the two single rooms booked were big, well equipped with all the interior decoration equivalent and/or upper to a three stars hotel.
Note to be considered as potential improvements:
a) cars parking position to be assigned with the rooms and/or properly marked with lines;
b) to learn/investigate more about the public transports equipped for bicycle tourism transfers.
