About this apartment rental
Located literally on the Los Corales beach this Deluxe Condo can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with sofas and TV, fully equipped kitchenette, AC and private terrace with BBQ and ocean views.
We provide for free wifi, beach chairs and umbrellas, regular cleaning, personal assistant.
Description of the Deluxe Condo:
- ground floor (stairs)
- 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchenette, beachfront terrace
- master bedroom has king bed, wardrobe, bathroom, night table, AC
- 2nd bedroom has queen bed, wardrobe, AC
- living room has sofas (suitable for sleeping), TV, AC and dining area
- kitchenette has fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooler for water
- dining area has ocean views
- beach front terrace has outdoor furniture and BBQ
- we have wifi and cable tv
- area is surrounded by tropical garden with many birds
- we provide regular cleaning with change of linens, bath towels, beach towels

We have amazing location and in walking distance you will find 3 supermarkets, several other shops, dozen of restaurants, a lot of cafes, bakeries, bars, sport-bar, fruits shops, beauty salons, tour desks, car/scooter rentals. Beach cafes will delight you with night disco. Close location of public beach will give you water sports, beach activities and new friends from all over the world. And just in case we have a parking.

Because of the proximity of the ocean, water can have a specific smell, but for you I will leave a few bottles of drinking water.
Apartment is not brand new.
No pets, no service animals.
In case of rain some water can flow inside the unit, I will send staff free of charge to clean the water, or will replace your unit (subject of availability).
Being located in the tourist center, music can be heard at different times.
Don’t smoke inside or pay 300usd penalty via this site.
Don’t use AC with open windows or pay 500usd penalty via this site.
Clean BBQ and utensils after using or pay 100usd penalty via this site.

This was our first trip to Punta Cana and this place was the perfect location to explore all that this beautiful place has to offer. Frontdesk was extremely helpful in advance of our visit and was extremely prompt in answering the many questions we had. They also provided great detail upon our arrival of key attractions. The place was nicely equipped and just a short walk to the beach. We loved the pool for a night time, and the restaurant located in the facility. The food and service there are quite good. We will definitely stay here again in future visits to the island.
