Perfect location. Just outside of the town but easy walking distance to get to the restaurants and beaches etc. The house itself was modern and beautifully presented. The master bed was huge and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The pool was beautiful, heated but still refreshing on a hot day. Couldn't have asked for better holiday here!
Antonis was also a wonderfully helpful host. His team even came to clean the property after the third night and remade the beds for us. We felt very looked after.

Vi lyckades aldrig få husets a/c lagom. För mycket blåst mest hela tiden. Kan vara vi som var otekniska.

The villa is situated just a short walk from the main village center, where you can find many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. There are a couple of beaches in the village, all walkable from the villa. On one side is a wide sandy beach, with plenty of beds/parasols to hire, ranging from €10 a set to €30 depending on the quality of the bed. There are a few beach bars serving drinks and food all day, the expensive beds have a QR code to order drinks directly to the bed itself.
On the other side of the village there are a couple of small beaches with pebbles. If you have a car then a short drive to Gialiskari Beach is recommended, the drive covers about 2km of a very uneven, stoney road, but well worth the hassle.
The villa itself is spotless inside, and the infinity pool is just great after a busy day out and about. 2 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a kitchen if you want to cook at home. There is plenty of space for parking.
A trip to Elafonissi Beach is highly recommended, and a tip for what its worth, walk through the water to the island, where you can have plenty of space for yourself on a truly beautiful beach, you can also hire a couple of beds with a parasol on the main beach, although this is not really necessary if you have your own parasol, just walk past the masses (it is very busy here) and set up on the island for much more tranquility.
The only thing that could be mentioned as a negative was the wind, it was very windy which did make it difficult to sit on the sandy beach a few days. Not sure if this is normal or we were just unlucky though
