It was comfortable and the people were friendly. The room was clean and toiletries were supplied.
I would choose a different location. I would prefer closer to the centre.

Good location to explore everything around Ninh Binh.
Reception staff friendly and eager to support.
Room was damp (even the clothes got damp) and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and from outside.
Rooftop pool area was not maintained well and there was no possibility to sit next to the water.
Spa area is not welcoming and could be modernized.
