Condo was nice, beds were comfortable, it needed more cooking pans. It was in a great location. Staff was nice.

Property was wonderful however we did not think about having to rent 1 hour at a time to swim (just us) same with miniature golf etc

The unit we stayed in was recently renovated and was very nice. It had everything you needed in the unit. The location was very easy to get to. The only issue was with the pool reservation system (which is a Wyndham issue, not a VRBO issue). Due to COVID, you had to reserve time at the pool but the reservations were taken for the entire week by the time we arrived, however, those with reservations didn’t actually use them the entire time so I would call every day at different times to see if there was any room for us to go to the pool. We did get in each day but it was a pain and wasn’t guaranteed. Washer & dryer in unit was great.

Easy to check-in but cleanliness and ability to get ahold of anyone at the front desk when we needed items (ie. light bulbs were burnt out in master bath) was difficult. We even left voicemails, but they were never returned. We paid $49.99 extra for better internet. When I asked at check-out for a refund since the internet was poor at best, I was informed it was “not their problem.” The washer needs service - sounded like an airplane taking off on the spin cycle. We saw maintenance men outside and asked if they could clean up the staircase of cigarettes and debris. The staircase was never cleaned during our 7 day stay.
