Comfortable Room with fridge, toaster and coffee machine and microwave, hairdryer and shampoo/conditioner and bodywash available. Sun loungers and chairs by the jetty. We saw dolphins, fish and rays, along with a few lizards. We even lucky enough and saw a rocket launch!
There was nothing we didn't like but it would have been nice to have some coffee/tea provided for the machine. As we flew in from UK and didn't know what to buy for it.

Superb location especially if you're interested in wildlife photography with Orlando Wetlands and Merritt Island so close by. Host was very pleasant, meeting us on arrival and dropping me a message mid stay to ask if everything was OK. Just enough contact without being intrusive. Great communications prior to arrival as well. Room was clean and well equipped. Only small issue was the very slow draining shower but in the grand scheme of things that didn't matter. Lovely grounds with its own pier, sitting area and hammocks overlooking the Indian River. Gorgeous sunsets.

Loved the view and location. Owners are very nice and they’ve taken great care to provide everything one needs for their stay. Everything seemed very clean and nice.
Musty with extreme, EXTREME overuse of Febreeze. I had difficulty breathing in the room and had to use my inhaler frequently plus allergy meds. Sinuses were stopped up so bad I couldn’t sleep.
