Vermieterin war sehr bemüht und sehr nett. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Toller Ausblick aufs Meer und ein privater Parkplatz ist auch dabei.
Zweites Schlafzimmer ohne Klimaanlage.

Villa Vanja is a fantastic stay in Brela, perfectly located just steps away from the beaches and scenic promenade. The villa offers ample parking for up to six vehicles, which is a rare find in this area. It’s especially well-suited for families with kids, with easy access to the sea, space to relax, and a peaceful atmosphere. Great spot for a comfortable and convenient seaside holiday.

We think Villa Vanja is the best stay you could have in Brela. It has an awesome location right beside the beachwalk of the Adriatic ocean and infront of the majestic Biocovomountains.
The house was so nice with very good furniture, beds and two balconies.
The house was very clean and Vanja is the best host you could have- she is the nicest person and she really wants to do her best for you to have the best stay you could have. If you talk to her you will see that she really wants you make her best to be the greatest host.
She continuosly working on upgrading the furniture and decoration inside, witch you could see already when you entred the house- the pictures on for exemple booking had been upgraded with many new items... for example dinnertable and chairs, beds....
There is a parking in top of the house clearly marked with each number for every apartment, a staircase with a View - quite steep and 4 apartments.
In the naiborhood of the house there is serveral of nice beaches and restarants/Konobas. And there is also possible to make your own food in the apartment if you would want it- we did both kinds.
There is a small local store just a little bit from the house where you can by the most necessary.
We spent an fantastic week 7- 14 of juli 2025 at Vila Vanja and we would recommend everyone going to Brela to book there stay at Vila Vanja.
It is Calm, has a great view and host and a very good standard!

In the begining of the week we got to train on the gas-stove- (we had never used one before,) but with clear review from Vanja and some practise we manage to use it without a problem. It also has one electric plate.
And your legs will feel the staircase between parking and down by the apartments and beachwalk. But it gave us a nice Daily exercise;)
