Location is good. Next to police station and a bus station. Near the city and next to a fast food (burger). The apartment is as shown in the pictures, with new toilets/showers/floors and furnitures.

The shower was in a position that when you tried exiting, people from opposite balconies could look at you naked! Some young people probably students from abroad were living in these apartments and they were noisy very often. The company responsible for managing the apartment is incompetent and unacceptable in nearly everything: - They asked me to pay 200 deposit for my stay and I had to pay 6 + 1.2 euro in administrative fees, although I had the choice to charge them half of the price (3 euro). I didn't and I asked (twice) that they pay their own administrative fees as well. Instead, they charged me 3 euros administrative fees. So I was charged with an extra 10.2 extra euros in total. - One-two months before going to the apartment I asked if there was any fan or A/C in the apartment to cool myself, and they responded "there is no fan, but you can open the window", without telling me that there was in fact an A/C in the room. So I bought a fan myself, which in the end I never used. - Checking-in was a disaster for me, arranging the proper time. And if I didn't contact them by my own initiative before checking-in, they would have waited for me a different hour than the one I was gonna arrive.
