A limpeza deixou a desejar.

The studio is partitioned giving the impression of a one bedroom apartment. It is in good condition, well equipped, supplied and located. My contact, Geanina, was also very helpful in providing any additional information and guidance.

Nice inner arrangements furniture/kitchen equipment (there is a freezer not only refrigerators) bathroom fittings; well fitted with kitchen tools; well cleaned; good Wi-Fi connection and quite good Vodafone mobile power signal inside the apartment and balcony area; very nice staff they are flexible in decisions and taking care of customers needs; nice view of the beach from balcony; all 3 COU/NIKOS/OSTERIA restaurants are cooking good food; the entertainment at Zanzibar beach/bar is valuable - sometime during weekend live music

***About Apt K80: Maybe an expresso coffee machine will be a plus ***About Alezzi Residential Area: 1)This is not about the property(apartment K80) but about the residential village which the k80 Apt is belong too. The administration of Alezzi is very poor; The cleaning is poor ( they never wash/ disinfect the external pool area - you can see the dirtiness around garbage bin at pool area ; the storage garbage rooms at the ground floor of each block never disinfected / washed ( I stayed inside of the village 12 days- I never seen any disinfection even the were several food garbage traces on grounds). Even we are still under sanitary measures regulations no one wearing the face masks inside elevators or other indoors; there lot of warning posters but mostly nobody follows and more worse nobody from authorities are checking/ monitoring/ applying fines. 2) The communication in the village almost missing no internet data / almost no voice signal 3) All palm trees are withered ***Beach in proximity 1) Attention for your Personal Effects still stealing activity on the beach (My towel has been stolen from the rented beach chair at Zanzibar Beach)
