The property is in a great location, perfect for avoiding Marina traffic and only a 15-minute walk to the beach. The apartment feels surprisingly spacious for a studio, with plenty of natural light. Property management was very responsive, and check-in/check-out was probably the easiest we’ve had in Dubai. You can enjoy a partial Marina view to the left from the balcony and a glimpse of the Palm straight ahead through the buildings.
The photos of the property don’t match the actual layout—the bed and sofa are positioned the opposite way around, and we would’ve preferred the apartment to match the images. Construction noise was very noticeable throughout the day, though this isn’t the apartment’s fault as the whole area is affected. Lastly, only one key was provided. It took quite a while to try and resolve, and in the end we just accepted the situation and claimed the key as lost to get another at a cost.

Fijne studio direct aan de Marina. Fijn appartementencomplex, mooie zwembaden.
Bed was niet fijn, te hard, vrij dun matras.

Excellent location! Great pools and gym!
The property requires a carrying hand and proper cleaning. Bed was squeaky and mattress was cheap. Overall interior was cheap from IKEA.
