Excellent location
Easy to get the key, quiet apart from the church bells. Lovely room, warm, comfortable and great location near to the centre and cheap parking nearby
I was a bit disappointed that I requested the only room with a bath and the tap didnt work. I did message but maintenance couldn't come until the next day and I was travelling that day but when I came back late it still wasn't fixed.

Cold and uncomfortable.
The property was clean and well located. Self check in was very easy.
When we arrived the bedroom window was wide open in the middle of December so the room was freezing. The only heating was a plug in electric heater which didn’t heat the room, and as it was electric every time we left the room it turned off. Only one key card was provided so when my partner used it to leave the premises for a smoke I was left in the dark with no electricity. Only 1 out of 3 lights worked in the bathroom. The extractor fan did not work either so everything in the bathroom was very damp. When I informed the property about this, the repeated knocked on my door at gone 10pm at night and asked if I wanted to move rooms. I declined as the main issue was the plug in heater which didn't heater which was the same in the other room.

Good clean room no complaints
Easy access, room warm & clean!
No tapes to fill the bath so filled by the shower which was fine. Can’t fault it oh maybe a hook in the door & bathroom door would he useful

Waste of money.
The location was good. There was a kettle in the room. Ensuite shower room.
This isn't a hotel it's a set of serviced rooms. We didn't see a member of staff as we got the key card out of the key press with a code we were emailed. The room was small, bed was basic, wardrobe tiny, nowhere to hang out wet coats, bathroom mirror was damaged, the seal on the shower tray damaged and stained, could hear conversations in the surrounding rooms and as people walked past outside. We paid hotel prices for a room that was worse than a Travelodge. No parking, had to pay extra for parking.
