About this apartment rental
As soon as you enter this beautiful 3 bedroom oceanfront residence, you know you will have a wonderful vacation! A stunning view of the Atlantic greets you from your living area, balcony and master bedroom. This condo features beautiful furnishings throughout and also a gourmet kitchen and large master bath with separate shower and soaking tub. Bed sizes include 1 king, 1 queen, a pyramid bunk with a trundle (1 full, 2 single beds) and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Smart TV's in each bedroom and living area. Xfinity cable with Kids & Family Entertainment, Sports & News, MGM+, HD, DVR Svc, Streampix, Paramount+ and SHOWTIME. Hi speed wifi provided. This condo also provides a convenient ground floor locker to safely store all your beach supplies during your stay. (Keurig & regular coffee maker).
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the property.
Enjoy all the amenities at the Gateway Grand including a large indoor pool, game room, outdoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck and more.
The Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday in season.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas.
A $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee is due with reservation.

Definitely the most well kept property we have rented in Ocean City. Location was great, storage locker was a huge help. Condo had a clean stylish beach feel. Would highly recommend!

The property was better than expected. Perfect location. The view from the property was beautiful! Well appointed condo with nice beachy decor. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definately stay there again! A bathmat in the bathtub would be great!
