Stay at our cozy beachfront apartment, located on Tamarindo’s main road, at 50 meters walking distance from the beach (right where the best surf is!) and next to the Marine National Park “Las Baulas”.
Right next to the apartment is Soul & Wine Bar and Tapas where you can enjoy a variety of wines from all over the world, eat delicious tapas and chill out to the sound of soul music! The closest supermarket is a 5 minutes’ walk away.
Within 10 minutes you are in the center of Tamarindo, where you will find a great selection of restaurants, shops, bars, etc.

Great place to stay. Beaches walkable distance. Able to walk into town to restaurants and shopping. Definitely a place for surfers!!

If you are looking for a trip to stay at the beach to surf or swim, this is a good place. It is nice, safe, secure, has most all of the basic necessities and my hosts were kind and helpful when I had questions or needed anything. It was close to a busy street and restaurants so there was a lot of noise at times. It was right on the main road yet near the end of it so you can walk to get to all the shops and restuarants.

Laura was a great host, the place was as advertised. It’s as if your living like a local and gives you that experience. No butlers or fancy amenities, but that’s what I was looking for. The only problem I had was, like someone else said, the dogs barking. They could bark for hours and not stop some days. At night, early morning, so expect that. Also a little noisy from traffic on main road but not that bad.
It’s an amazing location, 2 min walk to the beach and food, and like a 5-10 min walk to Centro where all the clubs/nightlife were. I walked home pretty late and never really felt unsafe but I don’t recommend that for everyone.
Overall if it wasn’t for the dogs, I would have gave 5 stars instead of 3.
