The basement apartment is occupied by the owner; however, when the villa is rented to our guests, she is not present at all times. It is important to note that all common areas (pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved exclusively for our guests.
Andrea, the house manager, will be happy to arrange the bedding to your liking. She also takes care of pool and garden maintenance.

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday. The pool was amazing and the Villa has everything you would need for a family holiday. Shops and restaurants are just a short drive away. We also had plenty of beach days too. We cannot wait to come back.
