A Comfortable and Welcoming Stay in the Heart of Alhaurín

Ático van Alhaurín Loft City Center is one of several apartments offered by this small organization in the center of the quiet town of Alhaurín de la Torre. We booked on the same day, as due to the extreme weather conditions in the Sierra de Grazalema, we decided to spend our final night closer to the airport. The legally required online registration process was unfortunately quite extensive. Otherwise, the booking, arrival, and stay went very smoothly. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, and both the bathroom and the bed were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the skylights could be darkened effectively. As the apartment is located in a pedestrian-friendly area, parking is not directly available at the property. We used a free gravel parking area about 200 meters away. More free parking options exist further along the road.

Would have liked to have been able to turn on the heating a bit at some point as it was quite cold in the morning. The coffee machine is great but its a bit tricky to work. Basic wear and tear I believe.

A pleasant stay in a very central location in a lovely clean second floor studio

Very easy to find, with clear instructions given for parking locations and how to get to the studio apartment. Easy to get the key from the lock box. The studio has everything needed for a short stay. Good sized TV, cooking facilities, microwave, decent sized bathroom, air conditioning. Superb central location within walking distance of bars and cafes and on a pedestrianised street.

The studio, which is on the second floor, is accessed by fairly steep hard floor tiled stairs and there is no lift. As it's pedestrianised, expect some noise on a Saturday and into the evening, of course, as this is a central location! Beware though, you need a key to enter - AND to exit - the building front door, as well as the studio door key and both keys are on the same chain. Be careful not to leave your keys in the studio or you will be trapped within the stairwell, as both doors require a key for access. We felt the front door should always be openable from inside without a key, in case of a fire. However, this is not the fault of the studio, or it's owner, rather it is just a feature of the building.

Very good location

Very clean and a very good location. Restaurants and a bar in your street. Good food & wine, dinner and breakfast in your street. it is easy to park your car, also a very nice and good shower! Perfect if you will arrive late at airport Malaga or if you have an early flight. I will come back.

The bed for two persons was very good, but the sleepingcouch was not long and not very comfortable. It is just one studio with one bed and a couch, so there is not a seperate bedroom.

Supertolle Stadtwohnung in der Fußgängerzone

Ein ganz tolles, neues Apartment unterm Dach, modern eingerichtet, schönes, geräumiges Bad. Das Apartment hat slles was man braucht inkl. Wasch- und Spühlmaschiene. Im allgemeinen wohnt es sich sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist in einer Fußgängerzone der Stadt, dennoch unwahrscheinlich ruhig.

Leider gab es keinen Aufzug in den 2. Stock, was aber mit kleinem Gepäck kein Problem war.
