The apartment was lovely. Clean and had everything you'd expect. Iron, hair dryer also there. The kitchen had everything you need to cook at the apartment and the balcony looks over to the pool area The pool was clean and we pretty much had it to ourselves whenever we were there. However you have to ignore the fact its above the storage garages from the restaurants under the apartments. so the walk to the pool isn't the best. But that didn't bother my wife and 9 Yr old son. The couple who own it are friendly and quickly rectified an issue we had with the pool access card. However didn't speak English nor do i speak Portuguese so communication was through Google translate. The location is close to the bars, restaurants and beach. We took earplugs after reading reviews about music till the early hours. We slept fine. It wasn't as loud as we were expecting. I'd definitely recommend going to slide and splash for the day and the Benegil kayak 2hr tour was amazing too.

Beds soft and comfortable. Hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, AC in all rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes drying rack and fully stocked kitchen. Everything was clean and in perfect working order. Towels, bedding, everything in order. The apparent is very spacious and has black out external blinds.

Just a suggestion, but a couple of beach towels would go a long way. The sports bar below is a bit loud until late, but as we were very busy during the day, we didn't have too much trouble sleeping.

asked to pay late check in fee of €50 which we refused. it's not our fault Ryanair we're delayed. no key fit for swimming pool but it wasnt very clean, noone used it. very hilly area, we managed ok but elderly and young children would struggle. unacceptable loud music outside til early hours. prices in area expensive. beach not very nice
