Everything was clean, the colors were bright, and the room layout boosted my mood somehow. Lots of convenient details like the lights, light switches, storage situation, and the privacy shades that still let in sunlight. I also appreciated that their hold fee on my card is lower than some hotels in the area and that they offered wake up calls.
The bed was a little stiff, could’ve been softer. Also breakfast was definitely a disappointing experience; but I wasn’t that worried about it.

The location is good - especially if your flight is early, it's literally a 5 minutes drive. The staff seem helpful - felt bad for one of them because of a rude pathetic guest who either left or lost their stuff and arguing with her.
The breakfast was not bad, I liked the omelet a lot. The variety of tea and hot chocolate along with coffee was great too.
Sanitation. I'm a man with thick black hair approximately 6 inches long now. But when seeing a brown thin hair which seemed longer than a foot at the sink where right under the surface where sink top ends into the ceramic part, that actually annoyed me once.
I prefer leaving the room as clean as possible, so any trash I make, I always put that in one trash can. And seeing another long hair piece made me actually upset.
Right after I checked-in, I saw several housekeepers, one was with a cart, the others somewhere inside storage or space that is not a room, chitchatting and laughing. I'm not saying that they shouldn't rest, in fact they should rest enough and if the work is enjoyable that'd be fantastic. But doing their job is a different story and one or some of them didn't do their job properly.
Some places may say that I should've told the front desk to switch the room, but that's a loss to the place, isn't it? I don't want to cause that, it's just if the cleaning was done better, this would've not happened.
Wifi, I accidently clicked something on my phone and it just connected to the wifi without my last name and room number, access code. But then, I couldn't cast my phone to the TV. I was supposed to use the information to sync (I guess), but no matter what I did on my phone (deleting connection information, reconnect, restart the phone, erasing saved wifi, etc), the page didn't show up anymore and I ended up just watching TV instead of Netflix. It really didn't have to be this complicated.
