This comfortable apartment for 8 people located in Nendaz/Mont-Fort/4Vallées is an ideal holiday accommodation for families or friends. Its location is central, close to the cable car and the shuttle bus but still quiet with a magnificent view of the Rhône Valley. The beginner's luge and ski run is a short walk away. In summer the outdoor pool and tennis court are situated right in front of the apartment. The penthouse apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very well equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, balconies at the front and back of the apartment as well as 3 parking spaces.More details: Bedroom 1: 2 x bunk beds (90*200) + 1 double bed (160*200).Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160*200).Bedroom 3: 1 king size bed (180*200) with en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. Bathroom with bath and WC.Equipment in the apartment:Cable TV and WIFI, DVD player.Kitchen equipment:Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette / pancake party set, cheese fondue set.Parking, garage and common area:In the building a room has been fitted out as a playroom for children.In the garage a washing machine and a dryer are available exclusively for the apartment (not shared with other accommodation).
