Struttura pulita ed accogliente, ambiente ben riscaldato e con cucina efficiente, dispone di un divano letto in salotto e due letti singoli in camera

L'appartamento è comodo e spazioso, ci si potrebbe anche soggiornare in 4 persone. C'è tutto quello che serve anche per farsi da mangiare e rilassarsi. Temperatura perfetta e accoglienza del padrone di casa molto reattiva e gentile. Il fatto che sia collocato in pieno centro in zona ZTL gli da una tranquillità e silenziosità assoluta. Il parcheggio comunque è molto vicino, circa 150 mt ed in caso il proprietario ci avrebbe fatto anche il permesso con la targa, ma è stato bellissimo camminare. Per chi ha le bici c'è la possibilità di lasciarle in un piccolo magazzino adiacente sotto chiave.

un possible de prendre un café dans les lieux, moisissure en cafetière
l'odeur d'humidité je pense que ce logement n'est pas chauffé quand il n'est pas habité, traces importante en bas des mur de salpêtre ,dommage car ce logement est très bien situé.
