The host was amazing with his communication and he was brilliant at waiting for me to provide more details of my personal information before I went to the house. Fábio was brilliant overall and very friendly.

There's was everything what I needed, and the bed was very comfy. The house was super clean and the size of the was spot on.

I stayed here for 3 nights in June. The room was large with a nice, well-stocked kitchen. The place was modern, clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and free parking was easy. It was conveniently located for me to explore Rionere in Vulture, Barile, Melfi, Venosa, and Ginestra, and I could easily walk to restaurants, too. The best part were the hosts Fabio and Giovanna. They made sure I had everything I needed and gave me great recommendations for restaurants, shops and sites. I really enjoyed my interactions with Giovanna, even though we didn't speak the same language! I felt like I was at home. She went above and beyond what I could expect. I'd definitely stay here the next time I'm in the area and highly recommend il Portale.

This is a great property, ideally located for exploring the area. The room is super modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. Parking spaces are available directly outside the property. The host is also very helpful. If you ask me, as good as you’re going to find.
