If you are looking for an easy check-in, spacious rooms that are very clean and an awesome water park just a few steps from your room to entertain you and the kids, you have found your place! Such an awesome stay!! The staff was so accommodating and made our vacation wonderful!!! Love this place!

Check in was busy, we arrived at 3:30 pm to give us sufficient time to check in. Our room wasn’t ready & it took me to go back into check in line to ask how much longer after we waited 1 hr & 30 minutes. Room was very nice, but definitely could’ve been cleaner. Guest services failed to inform us that our suite would not get cleaned unless we put a request in & should we request housekeeping it would be an extra charge. We were also not informed of the hours of operation the water park. Overall it was an okay booking for a last minute scheduled trip. Despite all the negatives, I would definitely book with them again!
Joe (our guest services guy) was friendly & very helpful! This place needs more people like him!
