The location only
The staff are unprofessional , from the receptionists to the room cleaners , not 5 stars standard at all , i felt like 3 or 4 stars , my breakfast was included in booking and they came to me while i am eating in the restaurant saying , your booking doesnt inlcude breakfast!!!! Also the cleaners although i put the sign to clean from morning , and several call to start cleaning they only arrive to the room 2:30 , they are under staff, and they need more training for cleaning .
