Nice place to stay

We were in the deluxe apartment and it was new and clean. I requested a baby cot and they provided it. There was a big terrace.

A wonderful place to stay in Pefkohori, definitely recommend it

The place is very nice close to the beach and it has wonderful yard. The hosts are very nice and friendly. The apartment has all the amenities that are listed. On the third day the hole room was cleaned while we were on the beach and the linens and towels were changed. Definitely a wonderful experience and I will happily recommend it.

Pleasant

- The villa has private parking. - There is daily cleaning (please note it doesn't include doing the dishes), it is mostly for the floors. Also you get new towels each second day. - We were greeted by the host upon arrival, they were nice and showed us all the parking places they have. - Good location, away from the crowds. - It was relatively clean when we arrived. - The hosts were responsive and very nice. - Easy check in and check out experience.

- The room is extremely small for three adults. It could use some additional places where you can place cosmetics, phone or a charger, there is only one nightstand and we could not even fit our glasses and phones there. - The bathroom is the tiniest bathroom we had ever seen. The shower is so small you cannot even turn around or put soap on your body without touching the wall. Also, there is a curtain which doesn't do much, the bathroom was flooded with water after each of us took a shower, and there wasn't a mop. The bathroom looked tiny in the pictures, but it turned way smaller in person. You cannot seat on the toilet without the shower curtain getting almost in your face - There are only few sockets in the room and two of the three are behind the beds so you cannot add a larger charger - You cannot seat on the toilet without the shower curtain getting almost in the face. - The apartment should definitely invest in mosquito nets, both in the room and in the bathroom. There are many mosquitos and bugs crawling all the time in the garden and they kept getting in our room, which made our stay highly uncomfortable. We got crickets in our shower one night, and the balcony had often crickets, beetles and some black bugs crawling all the time. - The beds, mattresses and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. We had a headache almost all day from stiffness. - The air conditioning was old and made noises that we couldn't sleep with. Also it wasn't cooling the room enough so we had to turn it on during sleep. This was highly inconvenient as it blew directly on our heads. We couldn't sleep without it though because it was extremely hot in the room. - Generally the room needed renovation, the floor tiles were damaged or broken and furniture was old. - Overall the villa has potential, but the bathrooms needs to be renovated to be bigger, the triple room needs one bed removed and take care of the bugs problems

Super markets are in close proximity. Walkable to the beach (ca. 10 min). Super nice and friendly staff. Incredibly helpful. Exchanged my towels multiple times upon request. Nice terrace.

The place could be cleaner and so could be the sheets and towels. Amenities are somewhat outdated. AC is slow. No shampoo or shower gel. Some difficulties in properly communicating with the cleaning staff. Be aware of the multitude of insects who frequently are inside the room. Not really the hotels’ fault but there could be some citronella candles/oil offered to repel the bugs.

I booked a room with a garden view. Even after confirming my reservation, my profile still showed a picture of the room with a garden view. However, upon arrival at the location, I was provided with a room overlooking the street instead. The room turned out to be very noisy, as it faced the main street, and throughout the night, I could hear the constant noise of passing cars. I do not recommend this place.

Recommended for relaxing holiday

Our balcony was with a garden view on the ground floor and I adored it. The garden was really nice and chill, and also there was a bench and a stone BBQ grill. It is very close to the beach (~5 minutes walking) and the promenade with shops, bars, restaurants etc. Also there are markets 2 minutes from the villa. If you come by car, you can park at the villa or at the parking lot near the villa specifically for the guests. We liked the girl at reception. She was kind, friendly and always on standby. Our room was clean when we checked in. It had comfortable beds, drying rack on the balcony, functional stove, aspirator, fridge, hairdryer, soap in the bathroom, dishwashing liquid, new sponge, enough dishes for the two of us, but no dish drainer. They provided us with it immediately and with a mop we needed for the water in the bathroom after showering because the shower curtain was a bit short. For our one week stay the room was cleaned twice (floor, garbage, sheets, towels). We are satisfied with what we got and the hospitality of the villa.

Changing the shower curtain will solve the water problem, but it wasn't a such a big deal for us as we found alternative solution. What bothered us was a smell coming from a yellow liquid dripping behind the fridge. At first we couldn't find the source of the smell as the fridge was functioning properly, but after 3 days we pinpointed it and asked for help. After cleaning the area thoroughly, we got rid of the smell and somehow the yellow liquid didn't show up again. Also the tap connecting tubes were giving off a strange smell but because they were closed in the kitchen cupboards it wasn't that disturbing.
