 ✅ Fantastic location – quiet, with sea access, and just a 25-minute walk (or 6-minute drive) into Port d’Alcúdia. There’s also a small SPA shop (a 10 minute walk up the road) for essentials like milk, bread, and other food items

 ✅ Outstanding for snorkelling – we went in the water outside the villa every day and saw hundreds of fish, in all different types and colours. It was the highlight of both the villa and the holiday

The villa consists of the main house (floors 2 and 3) and a self-contained apartment (floor 1), each with separate access. The self-contained apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and a terrace with a sea view. The second floor (main villa) includes the main kitchen, living room, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony with sea view. The third floor (main villa) has three bedrooms (two of which share a sea-view balcony) and two bathrooms. There are two snorkels and some other water accessories in the garage. We also left three umbrellas and a ball for future guests to use. Note: Ships passing by create waves in the water. It’s usually calm, but we’d recommend swimming in groups unless you’re a very confident swimmer. Tip: Bring mobile data if you want reliable internet access, as the villa’s Wi-Fi may not work.

❎ We arrived later than the check-in time (5 pm instead of 4 pm), and the cleaners were still there until 5:15 pm
 ❎ When we arrived, the villa alarm was going off for around 15–20 minutes. The cleaners didn’t help us turn it off – they just left. We had to figure it out ourselves, which was complicated and came down to pure luck
 ❎ The “private beach/sea access” isn’t actually private – members of the public used it regularly, and we saw people there almost every day from early morning until late evening
 ❎ We couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi during our entire stay. Fortunately, we all had mobile data, so it wasn’t a major issue
 ❎ There were no instructions for the hob or appliances, which took a bit of time to figure out
 ❎ The kettle and coffee machines are quite small – not adequate for a large group
 ❎ The downstairs self-contained apartment had a bad smell when locked up and reopened
 ❎ Some of the towels had stains and smelt unpleasant ❎ Could do with a little TLC in places - not the most modern, but perfectly fit for purpose

Preciosas vistas al mar. Acceso al mar en 1 minuto. Camas cómodas. Ideal para grupos grandes (éramos 11). Lugar muy tranquilo.

Limpieza mejorable, pero aceptable. Cochera de muy difícil acceso (rampa muy pronunciada). Dejamos los coches en la calle (sin problema)

Sehr geräumige und schöne Villa, top Aussicht. Für eine Großfamilie sehr zu empfehlen.

Kaffeemaschine könnte ausgetauscht werden.
