I loved how close it was to the beach.
It’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

The atmosphere was peaceful and the apartment was clean, comfortable and well stocked.
The shower door was difficult to close.

Location
Unit could have been a little cleaner. Doors need to be washed, furniture as well. Floor in guest room squeaks like crazy and shade doesn't keep out the very bright light coming in from the hallway.

Very close, private access to the beach. Nice enough older condo.
The smell in the halls was musty which made a bad first impression upon entering the building. The pool was closed 2 days out of the 5 days we stayed there. The other pool became too crowded when that happened. Neighbor was doing repairs and hammering and drilling all day for 3 days in a row. Made it difficult to relax and nap. Water pressure in the en-suite shower was awful.
Also, needs elevators installed for those with mobility issues.
