Ideal for one or two couples, or a small family. Completely furnished to make your vacation a pleasant stay. Featuring a 42 inch LCD TV, DVD/CD/IPOD players plus a TV in the master bedroom with ROKU. The kitchen includes a large bar area for eating or gathering. A large outdoor shower accommodates the family as you return from the beach just steps away. A new heat pump provides both central air conditioning and heating.

This property made for a great stay on our vacation. It's just steps away from the beach, and about a 15 minute drive from downtown Galveston.

We had a lovely time at this beach house. The location cannot be beat. You are literally steps away from the beach. The beach was not overcrowded at all. We ran into difficulty when checking in because the code was not working to get in. We were quickly able to get in contact with the host to fix this. The house was mostly clean but we found some trash from the previous guest. We could not open the door for the outdoor shower because the latch is broken. Otherwise, the house is nice and we enjoyed our weekend. We would definitely stay there again in the future!

The location of this house is amazing. You are right on a beach which was not crowded at all. The outdoor shower makes cleaning up from your beach time easy. Lots of cooking equipment in kitchen. House is showing some wear and tear.

This house is a gem steps away from the beach! The location is perfect—just 8 miles from Moody Gardens but far enough away from the tourist-y sea wall. We enjoyed evenings on the patio. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, bathrooms are spacious and the kids loved both bunk rooms. The host had great communication—don’t wait, rent it for your family getaway!

We just spent 6 days at this wonderful beach house for a family vacation. The house had everything we needed and the views were amazing. A very short 20 second walk to the beach each day made for a very easy beach set up. The host was super gracious and responded promptly to messages and questions. We will definitely be back to Bella Vista. So far my fav beach house yet! Thank you!

We visited Palm Beach over Spring Break with 3 teenagers. Although the weather did not cooperate, we enjoyed great walks and runs on the beach and a comfortable living room for watching March Madness. The bathrooms are larger and more updated than those of other beach houses we have stayed in recently. The two bunkbed rooms are cute and fun for kids and teens. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. (I think the only things we would have liked that we could not find were foil and cling wrap.) The location could not have been better. The house is just a few steps from the beach. The porch would be wonderful in warmer weather. Finally, this subdivision, as well as those on either side, have beaches that are not open to traffic. One of my pet peeves in Galveston is that, in many places, you have to share the beach with cars. Not here. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this place. It had everything you needed and more. The close proximity to the beach was AMAZING !!!! We had quite a few little ones and taking them back and forth was a breeze. We will definitely be back. Thanks for an amazing family beach trip!!!

We loved that it was so close to the beach. The place was small but cozy. I loved all the beach vibes. It was clean and had everything needed. We did find a dead cockroach in one of the rooms and another live one in the bathroom. We were very comfortable.

Our ladies Galveston trip was Amazing there at the Bella Vista Beach house.. There was plenty of beds and the view of the beach on the deck was breath taking!! The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and pots and pans we needed. Even had a grill too! Plenty of towels for everyone. Very pleasantly decorated and roomy for our 11 ladies. The walk to the beach from the Bella Vista was not far at all. So convenient to go back to the beach house for lunch or bring lunch to the beach to enjoy. We brought a wagon but did not need it. We did take a cooler with rollers and tent to the beach. Along with chairs and floats. Not far at all if you forget anything. We loved that you didn't have to drive anywhere to go to the beach which saved time and gas. More time on the beach. Will book again!

Great location with easy access to the beach and a reasonable drive from stores and many attractions, yet still secluded from the tourist crowd. Reached out to the property owner with questions a few times and he was always very prompt in his reply. Highly recommend.

Location is excellent, beach access was just a few steps away. House is comfortable for no more than 6 adults and 3 kids due to only one queen bed and 3 bunk beds. The only negative we experienced was the house was not cleaned before we arrived, we did arrive a little early and we called the property owner and he said he would contact them cleaning staff. Our check in time was supposed to be at 4pm, we went into town got food for the house and returned around 5pm and the house was still not cleaned. We stripped all the beds and put all the dirty towels in a pile, swept the floor, took the trash out and it was close to 6pm before the cleaning staff showed up. The day we were to check out we called the owner to see if we could do a late check out and was told not because its was rented out, so we loaded everything up and went ahead and went to the beach, we lift the area at noon and no one not even the cleaning staff was at the house. So a late check out could have been granted.

Location of house is steps away from the beach and very convenient to access, especially with young kids. Pretty view from the porch. Overall, inside of house is ok. Some of the negatives about the property. The bathtub did not drain while using shower. They only supply 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel. We had to go buy our own, with 7 people staying. There were lack of trash bags and kitchen towels. Overall we will stay again with the location and access to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean, check in super easy and literally steps from the beach and ocean. Pretty well stocked, you can tell the owners are continuing to fix the place up and they're doing a nice job! Overall, great place to stay and we recommend it!

You can’t beat the location. The gulf is just steps away for swimming and fun. The views are so beautiful and amazing. The house is comfortable and homey. Light colors and very clean. We will definitely be back. Thank you for letting us make your house our home for a week.

Pros: -Very close to the beach -Nice patio Cons: -Hot water heater provides about a 7 minute shower and then you have a to wait a good amount of time before the next person can take a shower -Air conditioning is very loud and blows very hard in the family room and kitchen area. It is very inconsistent from each room and will leave some rooms hot and others comfortable or the hot room comfortable and the master freezing. - high cleaning fee while the place had cobwebs and dirty kitchen ware in cabinets when we arrived and we were expected to strip all the beds, empty all the trash cans and take out the trash, and clean all dishes when we left (at this price for such a small place, everything should have been taken care of and it should have been spotless) -Very limited supplies-4 very thin toilet paper rolls provided with no Kleenex and it gets used up very quickly; 1 very thin paper towel provided; when we arrived, the kitchen and one of the bathroom hand soaps were almost gone; a few drops of dish washing detergent were left; a very small amount of dish soap was provided...so plan on bringing your own of all these things. Overall, the location was very close to the beach which was nice, but we would not stay here again nor would be recommend this place to others.

From porch to water is about a 45 second walk, and you’re allowed to drink alcohol on this section of the beach! And even if you dont want to go to the beach, the porch has an unobstructed view of a large section of the water. The bunk beds were fun too, made me feel like a kid again (in a good way) Great stay!

We checked in at 4pm on 8/3/21 and the door was open. The place was not ready! Dirty and used towels all over the place and the bed was not made. The sink has used utensils. We contacted Edward and could not get a hold of him over the phone nor any response from the email. We end up calling the customer service who tried to contact him and couldn’t reach him also. After almost an hour of trying to contact Edward he finally responded he’s sending someone to clean up the place. We didn’t get in until past 7pm and by then it started pouring we got our luggages wet! For the amount of money I payed with NO grace to check in with us how we’re doing after a messy situation or even reaching out prior to the arrival or checking the place to make sure it was ready for the next guest?!? We, for sure are NOT coming back! If you chose to stay in this place just make sure you reach out to Edward first before your arrival so to make sure the place is ready- then hopefully it’ll be worth it!

Great location right on the beach. Comfortable and clean. Listing said basic soaps would be provided, however there were no bath soaps or hand soaps whatsoever. Also no replacement toilet paper or paper towels. Owner should rectify this or bring your own.

Great location on a part of the beach where vehicles are not allowed. Literally feet from the beach. Even during Spring Break it was not noisy or crowded. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and the kitchen has everything you need. Great communication with Owner!
