Séjour très agréable dans cette maison qui se prète parfaitement à des vacances en famille. La maison est située à 10 minutes du centre de Marennes à pied, et 5/10 minutes de la mer en voiture, c'est très central. La maison est très bien organisée et très bien équipée avec sa cuisine ouverte, son espace commun, et la terrasse très appréciable poru manger dehors. Je recommande cette maison!

Agréable, très calme, emplacement géographique à distances idéales pour accéder à l'Ile d'Olérons, l'Ile de Ré, l'Ile Madame, Ronce les Bains, la Tremblade, Fort Boyard, à une heure de La Rochelle et plus proche de Rochefort, à partir de là tout est accessible le plus agréablement du monde ;-) Louer cette maison c'est le choix malin pour qui veut aller à n'importe quel endroit intéressant de ce côté de la Charente-Maritime. La maison est très agréable et au vraiment au calme, proche des centres commerciaux, et proche du chenal de Marennes à peine 2 kms (sympa pour aller courir en passant dans les jardins privés du Marais).

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette location très bien située pour visiter la région. Le gîte est très bien agencé, moderne, très propre et qui ne manque de rien. Tout y a été prévu. La terrasse est très agréable sans vis à vis et le quartier est très calme, aucun bruit. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants et nous serons ravis de retourner dans cette location si nous retournons dans la région. 2 belles semaines passées avec le soleil, que demander de plus !
