About this apartment rental
The Ebbe & Flut apartment is located in a solidly built apartment building that boasts a unique, front-row location on the Baltic Sea and overlooks the entrance to the Marina Olpenitz yacht harbor. The apartment building, featuring 3 apartments and a penthouse, is ideal for a family vacation where each family has its own private retreat while still enjoying the vacation together. The building was completed in June 2020 and is located on the northern pier “Auf der Ostsee,” just a few meters from the private beach of the Olpenitz Baltic Sea Resort.
The Ebbe & Flut apartment offers approximately 100 square meters of space, enough for 4 people. The large, south-facing living-dining area, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of the sailing yachts entering the Olpenitz Marina, offers the perfect panorama for enjoying a relaxing vacation. The comfortable sofa bed, smart TV, and cozy reading chair round out the stylish furnishings of this special apartment.
The integrated, high-quality kitchen with a countertop ensures a view of the water even while cooking. This lovingly equipped kitchen is sure to make any home cook’s heart beat faster.
Two large bedrooms with built-in closets, high-quality box-spring beds, a desk, and a smart TV offer the perfect night’s rest.
On the large, ground-level south-facing terrace, comfortable seating and two high-quality upholstered sun loungers await our guests.
The wellness bathroom is equipped with a Finnish sauna, a large walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet.
A washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a drying rack are available in the utility room.
A private, lockable shed for bicycles, SUPs, and similar items is located next to a private parking space directly in front of the house.
The “Ebbe & Flut” apartment features a water treatment system and a ventilation system for our guests.
This building contains 4 apartments: “Ebbe und Flut” (first floor), “Horizont” (1st floor), “Brise” (2nd floor), and the penthouse “Himmel & Meer.”
The “Ebbe & Flut” apartment is part of the newly built Olpenitz Baltic Sea resort. Please note that construction work may still be taking place in the surrounding area. We’d be happy to provide you with the exact current status. However, we do not have any information regarding when future work will be carried out.
