La villa es tal cual las fotos. Estuvimos súper a gusto en ella, la ubicación está muy bien cerca de Ciutadella. El personal súper amable y atentos. Tuvimos un pequeño problema una noche con un corte de luz pero enseguida atendieron el teléfono y lo solucionaron. Además para compensar esto nos dejaron hacer el check out más tarde y teniendo en cuenta que nuestro vuelo salía súper tarde nos vino genial. De todas formas te ofrecen duchas de cortesía y el uso de las piscinas cuando dejas la casa. Te dejan toallas de playa , sombrillas, sillas y hasta una nevera que se agradeció muchísimo. Tienes un súper justo en frente si necesitas algo urgente. La verdad que nuestra estancia fue un 10.
Lo único que ya leímos en algunos comentarios la habitación de abajo huele un poco a humedad cuando llegamos.
Las almohadas algo incómodas .
Poco papel higiénico para las personas que fuimos(1 por WC), tampoco hay nada en la casa de básicos de cocina.
La verdad nada que condicionara nuestra estancia.
