Villa Valentina

**Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Besitzerin empfangen. Bei unserer Ankunft standen bereits Getränke, Obst und Snacks kostenlos bereit. Haus und Garten wurden uns ausführlich erklärt. Besonders beeindruckend ist der großzügige Garten: ein eigener Grillplatz mit Tisch für acht Personen, mehrere große Sonnenschirme, ein Tischtennistisch sowie ein großer beheizter Pool mit drei Liegen, der selbst bei schlechterem Wetter bestens genutzt werden kann. Das gesamte Grundstück ist ummauert, mit einem abschließbaren Einfahrtstor versehen und kaum einsehbar – ideal auch für Familien mit Kindern. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts: ein riesiger Fernseher im Wohnzimmer sowie weitere Geräte in den Schlafbereichen, Handtücher, Geschirr, Reinigungsmittel, Waschmaschine, eine Kaffeemaschine mit Tabs und eine großzügige, komplett ausgestattete Küche. Sehr positiv ist auch der freundliche Poolservice zu erwähnen, der uns interessante Einblicke in die Geschichte des Ortes gegeben hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!**

Při příjezdu nás čekala velmi milá majitelka, která nám předala klíče. Plně vybavená vila s bazénem, který si užili všichni. K dispozici byly i ručníky k bazénu a pinpongový stůl. Není co vytknout.

Villa Valentina is what you can expect in this pricerange! Warm welcome by the host and each and every room spec clean! The garden and the pool are large enough, we spend quiet some time here! Also the location , short driving distance to Zadar and a small walk to the local beach. Kitchen fully equiped and all appliances available.

Personally I'm not too keen on artifial grass in the garden, but understandable as it is easy to maintain! Measured a wifi speed of around 50mb/sec.

The house was beautiful! Very mindfully furnished and lovely decorated. The garden is bigger than we expected and the pool is also quite big. Everything was super clean including the pool. There was enough parking space for our 2 cars. The host was very friendly and there to help when something was not working.

There are 3 cameras installed for security purposes. One camera directly points at the back garden. Although we kind of unterstand that it is useful to have cameras we did not really feel comfortable knowing that we could be watched 24/7. Also we would have appreciated a little more respect for our privacy from the host. Sometimes she just showed up out of nowhere and let herself in. No knocking, no ringing the doorbell, not even a text beforehand. This made us feel a little uncomfortable. Especially on our last day. Check out was at 10:00am but she already came at around 8:00am to start cleaning while we were having breakfast. A short text beforehand to let us know she was coming by earlier would have been totally sufficient.
