Just across the bridge to the west of the property is Fort Myers Beach's iconic Pier and Times Square - which is the home to some local bars, restaurants and boat/water sport rentals. This center of excitement and activity is just a short distance from the condo.
Just north of Times Square is Bowditch Pointe Regional Park (you have a perfect view of this from the balcony!) a 17-acre park that is located at the northern tip of Estero Island. This serene location, which encompasses the entire end of the island, offers a choice of settings to fulfill your needs, and fantastic beach access for the beach bums! The back bay offers quiet waters, peaceful surroundings and a close up look of vessels entering and exiting the bay. The gulf front is more active while still providing a relaxed atmosphere for walkers, swimmers and sunbathers. Walking trails, through the restoration/preserve area, carry you through varied environments and offers an excellent opportunity for bird watching while being highlighted by panoramic views of Estero Bay.
A Saltwater Fishing License is required to saltwater fish from shore. There is no fee for Florida residents.

Gorgeous views, very well furnished, nicely renovated from inside and well maintained externally beautiful condo. We had initial minor hiccups, however the friendly helpful other residents and prompt attention by the management company was wonderful. We would definatly rent it again in futuer.

My wife and I were very pleased with the Condo. The Condo was very clean, and the view was spectacular. We hope to return next year to this gem!!

We stayed for a month in January. The condo has a beautiful view and the pool facilities are really nice. It was a great location if you want to be close to the beach, yet avoid all the traffic. We rented a car and drove to the beach a few times per week. Park at Bowditch Park which is much better
than the crowded beach parking lots. Parking is limited but we always were able to find a spot. Bowditch park was our beach spot - 5 minutes drive from the condo. The condo was within 10 minutes drive to grocery stores and Walmart. Everything is convenient. Be sure to visit Sanibel! We want to go back next winter- great weather as well

Gorgeous Penthouse in Fort Myers Beach overlooking the city scape and the bay with beautiful sunsets.Well equipped with new furniture and accessories. Great heated Pool and a very safe environment.
