Thank you very much to the staff who were considerate that my husband cannot eat gluten and they found an alternative for him. Also the staff allowed to use the shower near the pool after check out

This hotel is not very suitable for rest — the soundproofing is terrible, and it's impossible to sleep. The bathroom was dirty: the shower was covered in limescale, the shower holder was broken, the showerhead kept falling on my head, and the shower door was broken. The wall in the room had stains. But the worst part was the complete lack of sound insulation. I knew exactly what was being said in the next room, and I even heard the cleaning lady talking to her mother at 8 AM on a Sunday. I didn’t want to know any of that — I just wanted to get some sleep, but it was impossible.

This accomodation is among the nicest hotel experiences, Really can't and won't hide my delight by the way they made us feel welcomed as guests. Hotel is at very covinient location. Almost touching Lungomare promenade. In very peacful area and not far away from Rimini airport. Accomadation is organized in an inteligent way and everything is functional and enjoyable. So many details expressed their seriousness, professionalism and dedication to their guest/s. Everything is so nicely composed. From decorations of room, bathroom, lobby, stairs, to small details regarding equipment and organization. It is simply impossible not to be satisfied with commitment they express. Bed is super comfy. We were given a room with large balcony which was a surprise. We booked this accomodation knowing very few informations about it but now, we want to say thank you to all of them. Whenever I get the chance I'll return in this beautiful place.

During our staying nights were still quite fresh and warming of room should be available. But, for some reason, according to receptionist lady it wasn't and we were offered with few more blankets. Luckly, that solved the problem, but it would be appropriate for guest to be offered with posibility to warm up the room. Price of the room was more than ok and staff politeness has been expressed, so this is just a friendy sugestion.

A good hotel that offered us a big room with a nice view over the sea. Big spacious bathroom and a minibar. Big swimming-pool with nice sun-beds. Very good location close to the beach.

The hotel could use some maintenance, the shower by the pool was broken, as some planks by the pool where you can hurt your feet. The breakfast could be better, we missed fresh bread and it could easily be better with more fresh fruit and vegetables of better quality.
