    in the center of con dao with all the activities surrounded. only missing the own beach. but with that kind of price, a pool, a buffet breakfast is goog enough

    The service, especially at the restaurant or coffee counter, is too slow and low quality, and expensive. We ordered and they forgot many times; they made us wait over 30 minutes just for a few smoothies, and they forgot the Americano all the time. The food at the restaurant recently is not as good in quality as before. The service at the reception is slow as well — I asked for twin beds for 02 rooms, and they made us wait so long to change it, even though it was around 4-5pm, not the check-out rush hour. It's not easy for me to choose a hotel to stay at. I was so happy with my previous stays, but I am so disappointed this time, especially since I came with my friends, on their first trip to Con Dao.

    This is hands down one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed, attentive, and knowledgeable at every turn, which mattered so much as a solo traveler. One of the biggest perks is their onsite tour guide booking service. It made planning so easy and added a layer of adventure to my trip I wouldn’t have found on my own. A special shoutout to Mr. Binh in the F&B department, whose warmth and attention to detail made every dining experience a highlight of my stay. It’s also clear this resort genuinely values guest feedback and continuously works to improve, which says a lot about their commitment to hospitality.

    Tôi đã ra Côn đảo từ những năm đầu thế kỷ mới Y2k, khi đó hoang sơ ít người và vị trí SC toạ lạc giờ vẫn là ATC. Đã vào lần ở lại SC, nay lại chọn ở lại một đêm vì vị trí này vẫn luôn là best. Tuy nhiên thất vọng vô cùng. Từ lúc checked in, vì đã ở nhiều lần nên tôi tự lên phòng. Các bạn lễ tân chỉ thang máy theo hướng qua hồ bơi. Vậy nhưng cửa vào vẫn mở nhưng thang máy đã khoá cả 2 chiều và không hề có thông báo hay nhâm viên trợ giúp. Okie tôi tự xách valy lên thang bộ. Phòng ks rất nóng, và tivi không hề có phương tiện giải trí. Tôi muốn smart-view hoặc bluetooth từ điện thoại nhưng không thêt connect. Buộc lòng gọi staff nhưng ngay lập tức lễ tân phủ đầu là tivi và ks không hỗ trợ. Tivi của ks là smarttivi, tích hợp bluethooth và cast trên tivi vẫn hiển thị, các bạn không check nhưng khẳng định không có w Khách luôn. Tôi vẫn kiên nhẫn gọi kỹ thuật và vì điều hoà trong phòng quá nóng nữa. Đến 4-5 nhân viên kỹ thuật gọi cho nhau vẫn không hiểu và vẫn khẳng định tivi không hỗ trợ Youtube??? Đến một bạn nam thứ 6 lên ngay lập tức hiểu KH cần kết nối và lỗi do tivi connect failed, xử lý và giảm cả nhiệt độ phòng từ trung tâm giúp tôi. Ăn sáng vẫn rất bình thường, máy pha cafe không được kiểm tra trc khi sử dụng bởi khi pha ra tách cafe bị tách kem và nước vô cùng. Khi bị phản ánh, các bạn mới đổi sữa và xử lý. Khi sử dụng bus ra sân bay, tôi có báo lại w lễ tân sẽ muộn 5'. Lễ tân có gọi lên phòng và 2 hồi chuông tôi chưa kịp nghe cũng không recall. Khi tôi xuống sảnh thì xe đã đi, tôi nhận lỗi mình muộn 1' và sẵn sàng dùng phương tiện khác. Tuy nhiên lễ tân (Tuấn) ráo hoảnh và không hề ngẩng mặt lên: em có gọi (2 hồi chuông cố định) và còn khách khác nữa. Vấn đề là bạn lễ tân không hề báo lại là xe không đợi và còn không eye contact w KH. Quay trở lại phòng, tôi phát hiện ra các đồ dùng cung cấp cho khách đã bị mốc (bông ngoáy tai, trà..) dù vẫn nguyên seal. Tôi có đề nghị ga
